What’s the full length and width of a bin store?

Each module is 70cm wide, 125cm tall and 80cm deep, 84cm with a back (Standard) and 90cm deep, 94cm with a back (extra deep), so multiply your storage requirements for the width, ie a triple will be 210cm wide

Do the planter lids open?

No they are stationary and do not open

Where do you deliver to?

Any where in the UK, £50 for any mainland address, £100 for any overseas locations, islands and isles.

Does the bin store come fully assembled?

No the bin storage is flat packed and sent out on a pallet.

Are there any build instructions?

Yes instructions are available on the website but are sent out via email when your purchase is sent out.

How long is delivery?

Delivery is usually 48 hours after dispatch

Can I delay delivery if needed?

Yes just let me know what you need and ill make it happen.

Can you mix a 360l storage unit and a 240l unit?

No if you have one 360l bin then the whole unit will need to be extra deep, you can purchase separate storage units if needed.

Does my storage unit need a back?

It will need a back if your unit is to stand alone, if its secured against a wall of fence then you don't need a back.

Do you paint the storage units?

No I don't offer that service, you can paint you unit after a few weeks out in the open to fully dry out.

When will this be dispatched?

I have an order window displayed at the top of the website, then a dispatch date as well.

Does the ground need to be level where the bin storage is going to go?

It doesn't have to be perfectly level as the doors can be adjusted slightly to compensate for the gradient, but a sensible approach needs to be had when deciding where the storage unit can go.

The lids look flat in the pictures, but what about rainwater pooling? Are they slanted?

The lids are flat but a designed to have a gap between the featheredge so that any rain water can drain though the lid so no pooling happens.

Are the bin storage units waterproof?

The bin storage units aren't water proof however the parcel storage and wood stores are.

Is there a gap between joined modules? 

Yes there is the unit has 2 sides but the space in the middle is open.

What module can the recycling shelves go in?

The shelving can go into any of the modules you need it to go.
